Q: I can't see the video in the cam rooms. What is the problem?

A: If you can actually chat in the room but just can’t see video then the problem is most likely the performer’s webcam. If this is the case it is best to report it to customer service so we can talk to the performer about having a poor quality webcam. If you can’t see anything or can’t participate in the chat when you enter the webcam room you probably don’t have Flash Player installed. When you enter the performer’s webcam room your computer should prompt you to download Macromedia Flash Player. Once you accept the download you may have to reboot your computer before it starts to work. Reboot and then come back to Webcams.com.

Q: I keep getting booted out of the cam rooms. What should I do?

A: Something could be wrong with your internet connection, the performer may be booting you from her webcam room for some reason, or you may be running out of credits if you are in the Premium chat.

Q: My username and password does not work.

A: If you have forgotten your password you can look it up on the login page. Otherwise, your account may have been cancelled due to your credit card being declined. The best thing to do is contact customer support so they can tell you why your account is not working.

Q: It won't let me buy site credit for the premium services.

A: If you are trying to buy site credit on Webcams.com but it is not working then most likely your credit card is being declined. This could be declined due to insufficient credit or because your region of the world is blocked by our billing service. In either case you should probably create a new membership with another credit card. If you are using checks and it is declining you then for some reason we cannot verify your checking account information or you have had a bounced check in the past.

Q: How do I use the Cam to Cam feature?

A: Using the cam to cam (cam2cam) feature on Webcams.com for live video chat is very easy and fun. When you first enter the chat it will ask if you want to allow Webcams.com to access your cam and microphone. You can click ‘Yes’ to accept. Or you can right click on the chat and go to “Options”. It will then ask again if you want to allow Webcams.com to access your cam and microphone. Click ‘Yes’ to accept and you will be showing your cam to the performer. Don’t worry! Only the performer can see your cam. This means other users in the performer’s live cam show DO NOT have access to view your cam. 

Q: I am using AOL. Can I still view the live shows?

Q: Do I need any plug ins to view the live performances?

A: The only plugin you need is Flash Player. Almost every computer comes with this pre-installed and if it is not installed it only takes about 15 seconds to download. You will be automatically prompted to download the software when you first login to the site and every time you enter the live cam rooms if you have not already downloaded it. It’s very easy and will load automatically every time you enter the cam rooms.  

Q: How much does Webcams.com cost?

A: Webcams.com has different billing options depending on various circumstances. We typically charge a monthly membership for standard access to the site. This includes access to live free chat with almost all of our online performers and access to our picture archive, which consists of over 100,000 pictures that have been compiled from various live sex webcam shows over the years. A: A Member ID is a unique ID that our billing companies issue for each transaction that takes place. This Member ID is helpful if you want to look up your account for any reason. Although it is possible for us to look up your account via other methods using your Member ID is the preferred method at Webcams.com where we offer live webcam shows.

Q: What will show up on my credit card statement?

A: It depends on which billing company you used to buy your membership to access our live cam shows at Webcams.com. We use two billing companies: Wcbilling.com and EUPaycom.net (AKA Epoch.com).  One of those three things will show up on your statement.  A phone number will also be included in case you having any billing questions.

Q: My account stopped working. Why?

A: When an account at Webcams.com, the ultimate live video chat site, is cancelled it can still access a limited member's area that allows you to sign up again using either the same or a new credit card. Your account will never just 'stop' working under normal circumstances. Your account may be automatically cancelled if the credit card was declined during an attempted billing of membership fees but you will still be able to access a page that gives you notice to re-activate your account.

Q: I did not receive a sales confirmation. Why not?

A: This could have happened for one of two most likely reasons. The first reason is that you accidentally entered the wrong email address when signing up. For security reasons, we do not allow anyone to update their email address or another account information so unfortunately the mistake will remain permanently. However, you can still access the site fine without an email address and we can provide a copy of your sales receipt to you upon request if you contact our customer service department.

The other reason would be because your ISP for some reason has blacklisted our IP addresses from sending you email. There is nothing we can do about this. Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We do not issue refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances for which we feel a refund is merited. These may be things like great dissatisfaction with a model’s performance in premium chat or the site not working properly for some reason. In cases like these we will issue refunds in the form of site credit on a case by case basis. Things such as other complaints the model has received or other customer comments will be taken into consideration.

Q: Will I get in trouble if I lie about the charges in order to get a refund?

Q: There is a $100 charge on my Online Banking but I didn't spend $100. Why is it there?

A: Some of our billing schemes call for per minute billing without the purchase of site credit. When this billing type is used your card will be authorized for up to $100 to make sure that there are available funds. We simply 'hold' this money in case you spend all of it on our site. Any spending you do in premium chat will be billed against this authorization. The authorization will be closed within 24 hours for the exact amount you spent in the room and you will be billed that amount. (i.e. if you spend $24.42 the $100 will disappear from your Online Banking and will be replaced with a $24.42 charge). Customer Service can manually 'settle' the authorization if you call and ask us.
